Robert O'Brien
Founder and CEO
Robert O’Brien, Links’ founder and CEO, has over 35 years of experience in healthcare financing. Robert was educated as an attorney and prior to founding Links worked in investment banking for Paine Webber (now USB), financial law, and was the Vice President and General Counsel for Health Quest Corporation of South Bend, Indiana; a national developer of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. He is a true problem-solver and always finds a way in which to structure a loan that is to your advantage.
Marie O'Brien
President and Senior Underwriter
Marie O’Brien, Links’ President and Senior Underwriter, is a U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) and LEAN approved underwriter. Marie has been involved in the FHA lending industry since 1989 and is truly one of the best underwriters in the country. She is well-versed in all aspects of FHA applications and has managed the valuation, architectural, environmental, and mortgage credit analysis of all Link’s healthcare projects – 100% of which were approved and closed.
Connor O'Brien
Vice President and Junior Underwriter
Connor O’Brien, Links’ Vice President and Junior Underwriter, is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Connor served 5 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer and attained the rank of Captain. As an Infantry Officer, Connor led military units in the United States and Afghanistan in both combat and non-combat functions. He also served as the personal aide to his Brigade Commander and as a member of a special operations team in the Far East. Connor is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
